I think this place is good for all ages. Anybody can ride and if you don't want to it is cool to just sit back and look at the moving art work.

Hearing the story of the history of this carousel and it's maker at the winery next door made this a must see. Upon walking in, they have all kinds of memorabilia and when you get to the desk, all they charge for is basically enough...More

This is a lovely small carousel, lovingly hand-carved by a Vietnam veteran over 26 years. There are some wheelchair-accessible areas on it, and the price of $1 makes it within reach of most families. Staffed entirely by volunteers, it's a great addition to Nederland.

A visit to the past. The carousel is well maintained and fun for the family and reasonable priced. It is conveniently located right next to the highway through Nederland.

Kids will love it for the music and whimsy... adults are impressed with the art and engineering for this fun blast into the past. Great staff too

Incredible detail on the carvings. Animals are beautiful and the staff was super friendly. Can’t beat the price of a dollar to ride!

We took our grandkids, who live in Ned and they were happy to be there. They rode the carosel twice - with kids of all ages. That carosel is really a work of art.
