Lots of local history and displays. Interesting to skiers, snowboarders and cowboys. Steamboat Springs was a famous cattle ranching district. Also famous for ski jumping and producing Olympic athletes.

We enjoyed learning about the foundation of Steamboat Springs as well as the exhibit on Olympians. Really lovely exhibits. Definitely recommend!

If you like history you must stop in and see their wonderful collection and learn about Steamboat Springs’ pioneer history. I loved this quaint museum!
