- Cyrille HRouen, France133 contributionsGood day, but expensiveWe spent the day in this Park. At the Entrance Award, you will have to add 5€ parking (payable exit), 7€ locker (-2€ deposit). If you want a deckchair: 4€. Regarding the Fast PASS queue cutter (15€), it does not allow to cut the queue on the 2 largest slides (those that have buoyed 2-4 places). You will first have to queue at the entrance, then at the shop to pay the deposit... then pass cloakroom.... Plan picnic and towel with you, locker just for papers, keys, phone, bezel (nothing is allowed in the slides). The exit is definitive so it is impossible to return to the car. Providing water shoes is a plus when the ground is hot...some drop their taps at the bottom of the ride 🤣. Then put your towels on the shady areas to come (there are many), so you can picnic and land on them later. When it gets too hot in the queues (although they are mostly shaded), you will catch buckets of water in your head, not very nice... We made all the slides several times, maximum 30’ tail, sometimes no tail. Shifting the lunch allows to optimize the queues a little. A total of 18 slides during the day. In short, pleasant day for many, but quite expensive.Visited August 2024Travelled with familyWritten 6 August 2024
- Camille M1 contributionLucky a few slides are niceIf I were the manager of this park, how could I look at myself in an ice cream when I offer a €7.5 sugar pancake. It’s scandalous and it’s so stupid because at 4 € per pancake (already expensive) , it would sell 2, at 3 x +. No basin to wash your feet , it’s gross. It seems to be abandoned this park with very limited employees, who water everyone and make the line lose tps. Sincerely, it is dramatic when the direction seems to be next to the plate.Visited August 2024Travelled with familyWritten 11 August 2024
- SarahBury St. Edmunds, United Kingdom20 contributionsGood family day outHaving read the reviews I was a little worried what to expect but we had a great day. Yes it cost about £90 for a family of four but most days out can cost that sadly? Staff were friendly, lots of life guards and felt safe for the children at all times. No queues or less than 5 mins for everything we wanted to do. Lots of things for the children to do. Lunch was really good. Lockers and changing area were clean enough. Toilet floors a bit grim like most sports centres towards end of day so glad we had flip flops on. Agree with others that paying extra for locker, parking seems a bit much. Surely everyone needs this so should be included. Sinners also extra but plenty of grass and to be honest we were too busy to sunbathe anyway. Not a bad family day out at all.Visited August 2024Travelled with familyWritten 14 August 2024
- maryline a2 contributionsDisappointedVery disappointed by this water park, yet offering a beautiful swimming area, many slides but very expensive and unsuitable for children. It is impossible to accompany your child in the slides so either they are autonomous (4-5 years) or they sunbathe. And again, because you have to pay 4€ per deckchair... a shame. To this is added the deposit of 5€ if you want to leave your bag safe, not to mention parking at 5€ also!!! It is entirely covered with photovoltaic panels that must not be used to power the park because the water is very cold. Choose a sunny summer day. We will not go back immediately. It leaves us with a feeling of “making numbers” without worrying about customers.Visited August 2024Travelled with familyWritten 17 August 2024
- Stéphane MFrance56 contributionsToo many people for a small areaThe slides are interesting for teenagers but one hour waiting for 30 seconds of descent is not okay. Also walking barefoot on a single grain is very unpleasant. Four hours of park time to make three runs in direct sunlight is not acceptable. Maybe we should limit the number of entries... Is it still necessary to add 4 € for a deckchair 5 € for a locker and 5 € for parking.... Too bad.Visited August 2024Travelled with familyWritten 25 August 2024

Fairly large park with quite a few slides, in our case zero queues we were able to do all the attractions as many times as we wanted during the day. The park is clean, the staff welcoming. But I took away a star for 2 reasons: the ground is horrible for the feet and not only when it's hot, it's impossible to continue walking after an hour, you have to buy flip flops to avoid getting bloody at the end of the day. So a little advice, take it with you!
And the other negative point is the prices. Everything is excessive, €5 per locker (+2€ deposit), 4euros per deckchair, the catering is also very expensive for low quality products. Knowing that you already have to pay a small amount for the entrance to the park.
For the rest we had a superb day! We will come back.

I was very nervous based upon recent reviews but we had a wonderful day. Everywhere was clean and tidy. The floor does get hot so I would recommend beach shoes or similar.
The range of slides were great for young and old. The lifeguards were great considering the language barrier. They worked hard and it was reassuring to see they were well looked after in the heat.
The food queues were quite long and a little pricy but no complaints.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will definitely revisit m.

Quite disappointed with this day at this Aqualand
Already paid parking - so to speak - but locker paying €5😲, 1 deckchair €4, that's excessive.
The ground is an ordeal for the feet; for a water park, where you are supposed to go barefoot👎
No swimming pool except the wave one where people are on top of each other (horror in August!)
The staff: mostly young, jaded and untrained people.
By the way: we see the whole behind the scenes in the long queues seen from above, and frankly it looks dilapidated and trashy, it sucks!
The toilets: horrible toilets😱 1 mouthful of all the droppings, the other of poop on the floor. Showers: nothing to put a towel on, hairballs and hair everywhere 😵💫
I don't know if this one is like all Aqualand, but it's a shame
2 very nice flagship attractions: volcano and tornado but a lot of waiting
It is absolutely necessary to review the hygiene and cleanliness of the park, renew the attractions a little, and train the staff to work in an amusement park where people expect joy and good humor!

The picnic area of the entrance is located under the train of Walibi park , i.e. a highway area is quiet compared to this place where decibels force to close their ears. The rates applied are disproportionate to the poor services offered. The park does not allow to refresh (outdoor showers, foot baths ..: non-existent) it is unfortunate in summer. The personnel around the basins do not seem to be trained at all in safety, no instructions given or signposts for the highest slides which still rise to 28 metres. I cross my fingers that there is no drama and I recommend fleeing this place, extremely abusive in all respects.
We stayed 1h30 for an expense of 123 euros (two adults , a child 12 years) and 2h30 trip...not very profitable ..; only gift of the day: a pocket of lessons outing (in the image of the park):)
Good hearing...

He does not accept the disabled card in order to be given priority. Neither at the checkout, nor at the slide. As a result we didn't do a certain slide considering the crowd.
The ground is horrible since it is a water park, we are barefoot and the ground is 80% made to suffer. We felt like it was a huge deal to buy sandals. Same for the slides since there is a special line to pay more.
There is clearly a lack of swimming pools, fortunately there is a small wave pool, but that is all there is.
And the bonus, we almost cried at reception, to have the chance to leave the park to retrieve our son's medicine forgotten in the car.
First and therefore last time we will go to this park.

We took our three girls; 2 months, 5 and 7! It was a great success. The rides were perfect for my 5 and 7 year old and my husband and I had some fun on the bigger rides! Such a fun day. The park could of been cleaner in areas but it didn’t ruin the day! I would definitely recommend for a fun day out

Absolutely loved this place the park is big enough to entertain for the whole day. My main frustrations where that we were told we could take an action camera in but this wasn’t allowed on the rides. Also goggles are not allowed in the park but this was only an issue raised by some staff. Rules changed depending on which staff member was entertaining us.
Worse thing for us was out of a group of 14 of us my daughter aged 7 was approx 2cm too small and so couldn’t go on and being the only one felt very isolated, this made for a difficult situation.
The positives are for €14 a head you get a fantastic meal burger and chips a coffee desert and drink all of which was very nice and we’ll handle. Our food was pretty quick arriving but being freshly cooked I recommend getting in the que early or soon after 12pm as any later and you will have a que to deal with and a wait too.
The rides are great fun and ignoring the ques for the larger attractions they are great entertainment.
I would recommend this to a family with older children. 8 and above as an estimate. There are slides for younger children but if you have a mixed age family or group it can cause issues with the younger ones.
Be prepared for ques and random changeable rules.

Went after going to Walibi and was ready for disappointment but it was a good surprise that there were quite a lot to do and to keep us busy.
The queues were going really quick and actually there weren’t queues everywhere which is good!
Obviously the prices are very expensive for food and drink as we learned when going to Walibi so we were more careful this time.
Overall it was a good day!

Family of 4 with 15 and 19 yr old. Hardly any queues on weekday end August. 4 of us enjoyed the big rides, staff friendly. They insisted my son removed his t-shirt. Lockers cost 5euro non refundable. Lounger 4euro but you can sit on the grass for free. Having read reviews we went on a cloudy cooler day but the concrete is still hard going on your feet. We managed 4 hrs then gave up. Best take your flip flops and leave them at the steps. Didn’t have food due to prices. (Kids meals 8 euro, adult from 9-14euro) Didn’t see anyone with own picnic either. Bags were searched on arrival! Tis A bit cheeky charging 5euro to park as well but it’s too far out to walk. Good rides tho. Better than our local splashdown. I’d go again. Joint ticket for Walibi is 43euro. Great park for all ages. Lots of age appropriate slides.
