We made a short stop here midweek. There was a mass going on so we didn't want to interrupt but we managed to sit peacefully for a short time and take in the vastness of the place, the beautiful full height (100ft?) stained glass windows...More

This marvelous church is right down the street from the Mark Twain house. We saw it and had to stop. Fortunately for us, the doors were unlocked. While this church was built in 1962, it has a very modern feel to it. The stained glass...More

This is a must see modern cathedral. Go in the day time, the stained glass windows are evocative of St. Chapelle in Paris - breathtaking!

I have been to the Cathedral for many events and always find something interesting about it that I did not see or know before. A treasure of Hartford, the midnight Mass on Christmas should not be missed!
