The XL Center in Hartford I find to be a very enjoyable coliseum if you will for both the visual and audible experience you expect when spending your money to enjoy a show.

It's a huge place, but we enjoyed the convenience of staying at the hotel next door which was connected to the venue. It was December and the weather wasn't nice, so that was appreciated. There seemed to be some confusion once we got to the...More

Overall the XL Center is very average. It offers a typical unoriginal experience you'd expect from an indoor venue of this size. Repairs and renovations are definitely overdue because parts of the arena looks very run-down, including some malfunctioning escalators. The environment during a UConn...More

Was a great time. Was very clean and well organized. Parking was easy and traffic was not bad. We had great seats and saw everything. Big tv to view speakers and great sound.

There really is a lot of places to park. Go on the XL website and there will be a list of parking places. The further away you park the cheaper it is.
