My husband and his brother attended Yale for undergrad, so while we were there in December, we took a stroll through the history and stately campus. I was in awe of the ornate architecture and iron gates. Little did I know that Yale sits right in the center of town, as if the town grew around the campus.

First visited Yale two years ago with my wife and son, a prospective student. Now he's a freshman at this marvelous university, and we've had an opportunity to visit three more times. I'm not sure that families or individuals without a direct connection to the school would be very interested in exploring the area unless they have a lively interest... More

Amazing place where you really can feel the speciality and heritage of this University. Different colleges mix different faculties and thus creating unique atmosphere among the students. Hard to tell which is new and which is old as all is built to match the previous architecture.

The 15 minute introductory video was sung by students and basically seemed like a promo but the 75 minute tour was very good despite the cold. The buildings were beautiful and surprisingly the ones that looked oldest were quite new and had been carefully built to look old including pouring sulphuric acid over them. There was a statue of the... More

The campus is very beautiful, something like Harry Potters buildings but very well organized. The World Scholar's Cup brought us there, so we were able to feel only Woolsey Hall where the Yale students have their graduation. It is very impressive place and it is an honor to be graduated at such premises.

The university campuses are spread across town, and you can reach them from orange street or from the museum. Some of the buildings are centuries old and some fairly new.

Supposed to be a famous university in USA. We visited since my daughter was attending Champions round of the world scholars cup. All big universities I visited before had a big campus. All university departments are in the campus. Yale is spread across entire town of New Haven making it very inconvenient to visit different departments. At least for me... More

The campus is incredible. So pretty. Will make you regret every decision you have ever made that didn't bring you to attend Yale University.
