Took several cooking classed at the Silo Cooling School given by local and national chefs. Classes are not crowded and chefs always give their about most attention to the attendees. My husband's small consulting company decided to put a new twist on the annual company dinner. up a bit. This year we came to the Silo Cooking school to help create the meal we would eat. I loved the intimacy of the cooking class- around twelve of us got to help the renowned chef during the class, the stools were a big uncomfortable though. Kitchen cooking items were higher priced here than they would have been in our area south of the Merritt Parkway but probably priced appropriately for the New Milford market.
