Great little museum for kids (and adults) into dinos. The exhibits and staff do a great job of bringing the large indoor display of dinosaur footprints to life. While staring at real dinosaur tracks with audio of roars and crunching footsteps, you start to visualize...More

We loved the science and the interaction on the inside, seeing the dinosaur footprints and interacting with the exhibits. We were not as enthused with the outdoor hiking, the trails weren't very well kept and the outdoor exhibits were lackluster. The outdoor stuff isn't bad,...More

We enjoyed Dinosaur State Park very much today! I went with our 6y old, 8y old, and 10y old. We started out with casting the Eubrontes footprints. HELPFUL to know that if you want to cast the biggest best footprint you need 15 lb of...More

This park and museum is great for anyone who loves paleontology! There are hundreds of dinosaur tracks as well as educational displays. Most of the tracks are indoors so it's a good place to visit on a rainy day too.

If you are just looking for something fun for an hour (or more) to do in the cold, this is great. There is one loop of fossil exhibits, a film and a kids activity area. It would be too cold to walk the trails (but they are... More
