What a sweet bookstore! Lovingly taken care of and full of great finds, so be sure you have some time to browse. Staff is wonderful, helpful and friendly.

Not bad, actually a nice little book shop right in the main square. We always must venture into the bookstores where we visit, this one was worth a venturing inside.

Independent bookstores are becoming rarer, so I take any opportunity to browse and support small business. Bethany Beach Books us bright, clean and well organized. Hand sanitizer awaits entering customers. I got a current bestseller, a history of Delmarva cuisine, something on medicinal plants, and a signed picture book for new parents for some friends. I wanted to spend hours, but since parking is difficult in the area, a friend was circling the area while I made me selections. An octagonal room with plenty of floor to ceiling windows was a special attraction. Checkout was easy with the friendly staff.

I stop at this book store every time I go to the Eastern shore. It's a wonderful store and it's been there for a long time. Even with the pandemic this store has served their customers well. There are signs on the door to inform customers about social distancing and sanitizer and all the other precautions taken for COVID 19. It makes you feel safe shopping here. They have a wonderful variety of books and I especially like the offerings relevant to the history of the shore and interesting locations. The staff are so friendly and courteous and helpful. I could spend much longer here under normal circumstances, but I try to be quick. This store has been here for many years and I will do my part to keep this business going for a long time.

My wife has been a regular customer. The owner is aloof, rude and otherwise impolite. The store asks for support from locals, but then ignores us, and only patronizes the owners "friends". Recommend you don't shop there.

Whenever I travel, I always try to find the local bookstores. This was small and cozy and had a pretty decent selection for such a small store. I can't wait to go back!

Love this place. Great to see independent bookseller thriving. Great selection of books, best sellers and local interest. Make sure I always stop here when we come on vacation.

As a collector of children's books, I was pleasantly surprised to see they had a large selection, rather than just a few popular ones. The whole place was lovely and well organized.
