Lots of trails for nature lovers. The main office has displays of the wildlife found there. Two large ponds for fishing or kayaking with plenty of views.

A nature preserve and a person refuge. It is beautiful in it's simple beauty. The are areas to boat ( kayak, canoe ) and woods to walk.

Drove through the Refuge and stopped to purchase lifetime passes to all the parks before the rates increase August 28th. Easy, quick and efficient process. So glad we stopped.
