I've been here quite a few times and love all the wildlife. I especially love going downstairs in the glass building and watching the manatees. They're such gentle creatures. It's absolutely amazing to walk through. I always recommend this to my own customers for another place to go when they are looking for somewhere else after leaving Swamp Fever.

See Luo the hippo. He is a Florida resident by an act of the Governor. You can feed the Manatees. Plenty of snake for the boys to look at all behind glass of course. Take the book ride from hwy 19 to the park free praking.

We stopped in here and had a great 1 to 2 hour visit, it was perfect! Easy access, nice volunteers (especially the snake expert!) good snack stops along the way, and it was decorated for Christmas :)

We stopped by chance as we wanted to explore the area a little more. This caught our attention. What a great little place. Lots of kind volunteers and staff to answer questions, lots for kids to explore . The underwater manatee viewing area was amazing, the kids ( even the teens and adult ones) loved it. After having swam with... More

We love to visit this place. We have been two times there this year - and also our friends loved it. The speech at the Manatee underwater view with the ranger was very interesting and we still learn new things about manatees. But check out the right manatee season . All other exhibits are also ok. And if possible -... More

If you want to see all in one place, go to this park. Not only the manatee is present, but great variety of birds, mammals and even a African hippopotamus. Take about 2 hours and ensure to check the encounters and feeding time on the website

Nicely done small museum, and great boat tours, with knowledgeable guides. We have taken there boat rides several times,-as well as their fireworks display on the 4th, and their sunset cruises. Very well worthwhile look-see.

We were just passing through and stopped in the park to check into renting some kayaks for a couple hours. Instead, we found an awesome open house that featured lots of information, live music and free boat rides! Captain Laura was our guide, and we even saw the first manatee of the day. They were really cool about us bringing... More

Just go , It's well worth the money and who doesn't love animals. The birds are beautiful, the walk is short but goes around the whole park, It's a great little place for locals and visitors alike.
