The springs are beautiful! Very clear and beach area is roped off for swimming. We kayaked around the spring taking in breathtaking views.

This is a small beach that is a spring. The water was really cold, the pay for parking meters were broken, the bathrooms have no ventilation so you cannot breathe in there on a hot day. Not the best place for snorkeling. You can kayak...More

It was nice to go for a midday swim after exploring Three Sisters Spring. We couldn't swim at the Springs because we came by land so we were hot and Hunters Springs Park was great. The bathroom allowed us a place to change into our...More

My family and I love going out here to the park and spending the day swimming in the springs. This is a regular spot for us. The city did a great job with the renovations of the park a year or so ago. The only...More

Small but very popular beach area. Also popular place to start kayak trips. Just outside the swimming area was a manatee which was amazing. A lot of boats go by and a bit too busy to want to stay too long

We had a picnic lunch packed for our day with the kids along Crystal River. We ended up at Hunter Spring Park to eat lunch. There were lots of nice picnic table areas and cover/shade over most of them. The kids enjoyed eating then playing...More

This park is ideal for sunbathing on a sandy area, fishing, kayaking or canoeing, swimming, taking a picnic break, watching boats ply by, or just taking in the atmosphere. There are clean restrooms, parking spaces, and the nominal fee is worth the visit.

A great place to picnic, suntan, swim, dive the main spring, or launch a kayak or canoe. We kayaked from here for years to go right out onto King's Bay and out the Crystal River all the way to the Gulf of Mexico. They have...More

I paid $5 for 2 hours but they may have changed it to $5 for the entire day. Best to call the park people to find out the exact amount.

There was no sign when we were there. There were numerous swimmers and classes (scuba and snorkeling). We snorkelers for quite some time.

I saw trailers parked there set up for kayaks, but you have to get there very early to get space. The parking area is small.
