Lilian place is a nice change from the normal attractions in Daytona beach. The price is cheap and the tour was informative. My wife and I enjoy old houses and architecture so it was fun for us. They had some damage that occurred during hurricane Matthew but it looks like it's being fixed back up.

Lillian Place is a very special place! Dr. Nancy Long is responsible for saving and restoring this historic home. It is worth the time to stroll through this very special place.

I love old houses and enjoy the history associated with them. My cousin and I arrived at the time it was open, but as luck would have it, the usual tour guide had a family emergency and wasn't there. We were let in by a nice lady who had worked there for years, and we basically did a self-guided tour... More

Lillian House offers a Victorian Tea once a month in the Hotchkiss House next door. For $20 you get an assortment of tea sandwiches, sweets, and a selection of teas. We had a scone (although I thought it was a biscuit and was corrected politely by the British woman who did the baking; I've only seen puffy triangular scones with... More

I visited 08/17/2016 and enjoyed a tour by a member of the family who lived here. It is well worth the time to visit and experience a glimpse of a very different Daytona Beach. The house is beautiful and the guides are very nice and can paint a picture of what the area was like long before the age of... More

This riverfront house was in limbo just a few years ago, but then it was bought by a non-profit and is maintained for the people of Daytona. Interesting history surrounds this place.

Leisure stroll and sit upon the back porch to look at the river. Take in the history of a family that helped contribute greatly to Daytona beach development. The house has beautiful furnishing and wood workings.

This incredible home is in great shape, is loaded with period pieces and has a very interesting history. A fine example of Italianate Victorian architecture. The tour was informative and very detailed. You can instantly feel that the gentleman who gave us the tour was remarkably passionate about this home. Call ahead to check if they're open and bring cash... More

Drove 3 hours to get there and it was closed! Very disappointed. Called to check hours but sign outside said closed. Sure would have liked to see this place.
