A very well restored historical home. Very interesting place and very good tour guide. He had much interesting information on the early days of Florida. Would definitely recommend this house if you are interested in history.

Interesting stroll thru late 19th and early 20th century artifacts housed in a beautiful old home. Plenty of time to enjoy the ambience. Plan your day for for 2 hrs max. Guides are dedicated to preservation of the homestead and are knowledgeable and friendly.

We called and made the reservations, we had a large group of 10 so we made in a few weeks ahead of time. You may want to ask for a table close to the french doors.. the view of the river is fantastic. :)
