This is a wonderful park to go to if you have young kids.. they have a nice playground which is covered so you are not in the direct sunlight. Also a nice place to walk around and see some wildlife (mainly fish, turtles and alligators).....More

The park is kept clean, there usually are families or couples in the park, and on weekdays the park is pretty much yours to enjoy. It is a great place for an afternoon outing.

This was a great place to take my large dog so he could run off the leash. When outside of the "dog park" area, was able to walk him through the park on his leash and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

We had no trouble parking our large pickup truck. We enjoyed several hours of peaceful fishing. It was not crowded or noisy and the facilities were clean and well maintained. Altogether a very pleasant experience.

This place is a gem not to be missed. Stop and grab some burgers or a deli meal to go and have a picnic, walk around and enjoy the beauty and wildlife. Pics are from different seasons.

A nice local park with a walking trails, a bike trail and picnic areas scattered around the park. It also has a playground for children and a small fishing dock. Did I mention that entry is free?

I am not sure about this since I only go for the nature walk. I am sure if you call the park they will be able to answer that question.
