I have rode this trail many time and it is great and safe. Almost flat slight slopes here and there. Some boardwalks and mostly asphalt.

We live right up the street and never knew this trail existed. It was very relaxing. Some parts are close to roads but for the most part you're in nature. Perfect length when added to the Rail Trail.
