I do not recommend this museum. We walked in and in a few minutes we walked out. There is not much to see here. It is located off The main drag of Atlantic Avenue. There was no one to direct us or to inform us of the merits of the museum.

Stopped late on Saturday a gracious young woman invited us un to learn about Delray history of being a home for runaway slaves and native Americans before it became a popular beach resort. Located in an historic district known as 'colored town' it gives you a fuller history before the bustling beach town it is now. Very much worth visiting
