The Morikame is a small museum and beautiful Japanese gardens. It is best to visit on a day where you can spend time outside walking around the lake and enjoying the Japanese view of nature. You should allow at least an hour for the outdoor experience. In addition, there is the interior museum and a nice gift shop. There is... More

Peace and tranquility abound as you stroll in the gardens. We enjoyed a wonderful sushi lunch with great garden views. I am lucky to live in the area and get to bring visitors here yearly! I especially like the bonsai and children's school rooms.

It was our first visit and we followed the map in the brochure which helped us get around using the signs in the garden. I liked the tranquil serenity, and the fresh air among the trees It was interesting to see bamboo groves, bushes with pretty flowers, nice greenery, quiet lakes, stone lanterns, rock gardens, large koi fish and many... This is one of the most go locations if you're visiting Delray Beach. It's a lovely park and museum and presentation space that hosts a number of cool seasonal events.

We heard on the news that First Lady Melania Trump and Akie Abe, wife of Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe toured the Morikami Museum & Japanese Gardens. Since we were on vacation less than an hour away, my wife and I decided to tour there a few days later. It was a nice few hours and very peaceful. I particularly... More

Loved the nearly mile-long walk wending through a number of different kinds of Japanese gardens. You can either guide yourself with a map or be guided by a docent. My friend said that her formal tour was fascinating and my wandering on my own, very pleasurable. If it matters to you, the temporary exhibit is in transition and will reopen... More

It was beautiful to walk the gardens. These gardens are so tranquil. I love to come here on my visits to Boca. There are both sunny parts of the walk and shady parts. Highly recommended.

We took our friends here while they were visiting. It was our second time. The gardens are beautiful and there was an abundance of wildlife as well. This is definitely a must see!
