It is close to the highway so there was highway noise on the nature walk but it was still very lovely. It is a loop trail about 1 mile long. The beach was lovely as was walking on the squeaky sand. Very nice.

The park is worth the price to enter. Nature trail and info; beaches that are a less crowded than the public access beaches. Nice pavilions and parking. Thanks for preserving a small slice of the natural Florida panhandle

We enjoyed our time here. Pretty typical of a state run beach. The beach was a little out of sorts but I think that may have been from some recent storms.

Loved the secluded feel of the beach. Nice facilities, lots of photo shoots and a couple of weddings were going on during our visit. Seems to be the perfect place👍

This state park is beautiful. There is a nature trail that winds through the dunes and vegetation. There are beautiful views of the water and pavilions for picnicing. There is an admission fee of $6 but it is well worth it.

Doing a tour of Florida to find the nicest beach with clear water. Destin wins. After checking several areas on the east and west coasts and finding murky brown water and in some cases beaches covered in seaweed we were so happy to finally find...More

Great that they kept this section within a city as state park. What a lovely escape. Not expensive and lovely beaches.

If you walk in the main entrance where vehicles enter and pay, it seems possible that you may be asked to pay. If you enter elsewhere - like from the beach, no pay. It is beautiful. And no one appeared to be collecting on... More
