Beautiful combination of nature and historical sites...nice for a relaxing walk among the waterfalls, sit under the huge tree canopy, take a dip in the spring. Plenty more to do....beautiful place.

What a gem! Beautiful state park at a minimal entrance price. Swimming area was nice. Butterfly garden was not in bloom and needed some work.

Rainbow Springs is famous for their springs with a half billion gallons of water released everyday. Very cool. The swim area looked nice and inviting although we did not partake today. Canoes were available for rent. The one issue we had was that the nature walks were poorly marked and eminently skippable. Overall, well worth the trip, but could be... More

We visited last year. Gorgeous park. The swimming areas were really busy. Water is deep so you need to be a good swimmer

2nd time camping here and another pleasant trip. Family camping with 4 kids. Clean and inviting campgrounds. We were disappointed that they don't offer tubing until April (part of the reason we went), but there are plenty of other vendors that do within a short drive. Spent the day at the springs with the kids, really gorgeous. Waterfalls are nice... More

We visited this park in February and it was gorgeous! The azaleas were in bloom and we saw some lovely waterfalls. The pathways are nice and there are benches around if you choose to sit. There is also a gift shop and a concession stand. After walking around the park and taking in the outstanding views we bought something at... More

Waterfalls, butterfly walk areas, azaleas in bloom and the most beautiful view of the Rainbow River make this park outstanding. A great place to picnic and view nature. Bring your camera.

My husband and I like photography and in the spring when the flowers are blooming and butterflies are flying around its natural beauty shines through, they have picturesque waterfalls (though man-made) the scenes of the Rainbow river are great, there is also kayaking, swimming and lots of walking trails. You can picnic or buy an ice cream. We've been here... More

Peaceful, love the butterfly walk areas, the waterfalls, the gorgeous views of the Rainbow Springs headwaters, and the wildlife variety. Picnic areas, special events, large parking areas, and very reasonable price. Kayaking, canoeing, swimming, diving, photo opportunities, and clean. Go, you are going to love it.
