I can't believe that I was so shortsighted when I was a sophomore in school and dismissed Mr G's History class as, "No big deal. It's over." That was me???? Later that year, in the middle of the school day, we were informed that President Kennedy's life had been snuffed out. That, joined with obsessions of the Titanic and Anne... More

If you are traveling with older relatives this place is a great place to go. Helpful hint just across the road is a checkers board where the teenagers can wait.

For a small municipal museum, this place packed a good little punch! The photographs were interesting and well displayed. You came out with a feeling of understanding Flagler and the area much better. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The museum is free, but I suggest you leave a heartfelt donation ... as Flagler Historical Museum is working hard... More

The staff there are very knowledgeable and anxious to to tell the... More

We stopped here as we got to town on New Years Eve. They are open and greeting visitors. Lots of information available and lots of history if you have the time to browse. We learned about the Flagler County Historical Tour that is offered the third Tuesday each month and quickly signed up for that

Came here thinking it might focused on Henry Flagler and his railroad but discovered it was about the history of the city of Flagler Beach. Small but interesting artifacts including early photos, relics from a plantation and mastodon bones. Also free information about local attractions.

Small local museum with a wealth of information my daughter and I really enjoyed the history lesson. We have been going to Flagler Beach for over 10 years every summer find somewhere new and interesting to visit and this was one of those places.
