Depending on your financing, the Riverside hotel is probably the nicest walkable hotel. I believe there's also a nearby Travel Lodge, or you can check AirBnB.
I would like to know which seats have the best view? I live in WPB & I am not too familiar with this venue's seating chart.

You can find a seating chart for Hard Rock Live Hollywood on line. I would sugest floor seats or side seats in this venue.

All seats are good. Even the up stairs area is good.
