The Intercoastal waterway from Hollywood Florida to North ft Lauderdale provides one of the most interesting and beautiful stretches of waterway in the US. Ft Lauderdale has both a yachting collection and the finiest Mega mansion collections you will see anywhere. Yachts from all over the world collect. For visitors, the first adventure should be the Water Taxi ride. You... More

Need a way to get around in Fort Lauderdale? Hop on a water taxi and wander through the Intercoastal Waterway with excellent views of area homes, yachts, and merchants.

We rented a boat and toured the area. Fun to look at the million dollar homes and boats. You can also get a water taxi if you don't want to drive yourself.

Stayed at ft Lauderdale hilton marina for business trip. Room balcony right on the intercostal waterway. Monster and I mean MONSTER mega yachts docked and cruising by. Awesome to see and beautiful scenery. Waterway taxi very convenient too.

I attended a wedding on a yacht on the Intercoastal last week. What a beautiful waterway. The sunset views are absolutely gorgeous. You can peek through the row of buildings to see the ocean on one side, and tall hotels and amazing homes on the other. If you can attend a cruise or rent a boat on the Intercoastal, I... More

Water taxis give a great insight to the area! Awesome to travel! From the remote to the shopping areas, you can have it all by traveling the waterway. But, if you are lucky enough to have a hotel right next to it, you are in for a treat kicking back and watching the water craft go by!

My wife and I spent a month circumventing the Florida Southern Loop. From Marco Island to Ft Myers, up the Calloosahatchee across Lake Okeechobee to Stuart and down the Inter-coastal to the Key and then back to Marco Island. The Inter-coastal Waterway at an average of 9-10 knots allows you to see all the wild life and greenery provided by... More
