We were so excited to bring our 4 year old here while in the Ft Myers area. We thought she would have the best time. But, most of it was under construction, broken down and just not working. It was such a disappointment and a waste of money.

We choose to go to the Science center on a day when it was cold and rainy on our vacation, partly because our local children's playhouse has a reciprocal with the science center so we basically got in for free. We took our 5, 3, and 1.5 year old with us and they had a blast. The touch tank was... More

We stopped at this museum because we are still kids at heart and enjoy how much we can learn from these museums. Mostly for kids, has a bit on dinosaurs, archeological digs, fun lessons on electricity, 3D movie, a pet & learn area. I pet a stingray, an alligator, a tortoise, and a boa constrictor. It's just a fun place... More

Its size is relatively small but very well organized with many activities. Each activity is well thought and executed which brought over-sized fun for young kids. We enjoyed a solid 3 hours and kids didn't want to leave ! If you have kids 2 - 10 years old, this is a MUST visit. IMHO, much better value than Tampa MOSIC... More

This place is great for the little ones. There is something for everyone we had kids in our group ranging from 1 to 10 years old. We were there 4 hours and there was always something to do. The touch feature is really good and the water area outside. They had just gotten this huge aquarium it was a beauty.

As a resident of Fort Myers with kids in this age bracket you would go once. In fairness call & see what they added in last 2 years. Maybe it has improved. Not a must on a vacationer's list. MOSI in Tampa fantastic & the kids science center in Naples is better. Loved the fish, turtles, & alligators they once... More

I came here with another adult and our two grandsons ages 3 and 6. The museum is somewhat dated but the activities and hands on experience kept the boys intrigued the two hours we were there. There was a lot for the boys to do and they enjoyed it very much!! Everything they did was an action-reaction experience. I would... More

Well maintained, friendly staff, fun things to do for all ages (incl adults). Both our kids enjoyed the small kids area. Me and kids dad had fyn trying to solve different puzzels and mindgames, even got frustrating at times lol. Saw an animal presentation, a snake, got to touch it carefully. A couple of things/activities to do outside aswell. Small... More

Took small children here, they are from up North, and all they said, is this all...Well if its raining and the grandchildren are driving you nuts, maybe a 1 hour reprieve.
