Great train-themed playground in new shape that both my 2 & 6 year old enjoyed. Cute, interesting shop/museum with model trains that were running. Shopkeeper was super nice & helpful. Loved the train ride & would recommend it even without kids. Affordable price too which is also a plus. A snack bar on the water is a fun stop after... More

Stopping into this museum while you await the train ride at Lakes Park is great. There's a small train running around the top of the walls and some good memorabilia of trains with a small gift shop.

If you or your kids love trains this is the place to go, for $5 you can ride a 1 1/2 mile around the park and see the small museum and shop they have there.

My son loved the train ride and the trains in the museum (as did I). He was not happy when it was time to leave. This is a MUST for folks with kids who like trains.
