This is a lovely White Sand Beach. It is at the northern tip of Estero Island, and so there is water on three sides. You can see Sanibel Island and the Fort Myers Causeway across the water. The Boardwalk takes you straight from the Parking Lot to a beautiful wide stretch of the Beach. Along the way, there are lots... More

Pristine beaches and well-maintained trails provide the perfect place to spend the whole day or just part of it. Lots of birds as well as gopher tortoises. Can walk on the beach around the point or take the lovely trails. Nice shades picnic spots and clean restrooms.

Nice walking beach. It is not as crowded as the rest of Fort Myers Beach, but parking lot is small. Parking $1.00 an hour. Must get there early in morning because traffic to the beach is TERRIBLE....

We were pleasntly surprised, was very quiet and serene. Wish there were more to offer for refreshments and guide attractions.

Bowditch Point Park at the North end of the Island is a great place to get away from the crowds. Very wide beach with lots of soft sand which can make it a bit difficult to walk to the firmer sand nearer to the water. Very nice to walk around the point and look for shells and wildlife. Don't forget... More

Rode our bikes to the park many times during our stay on Ft Myers Beach. A beautiful park located at the north end of the island. Walkways lead you through the park and end on the beach. Restrooms and showers are clean and well kept. Plenty of parking and a bus stop is located at the entrance.

This park is situated at the north end of Fort Myers Beach. It is where the shuttle buses terminate, and we decided to explore it. There are trails through it that offer lovely views out over the beach area, and have plenty of seats located where you can sit and chill out whilst watching the world go by on beach... More

Parking is challenging. Getting to the park later than 8:30 to 9:00 am will likely have all parking slots filled, as it has a small lot. There is a Park and Drive option to take the LeeTran trolley to and from the park. $ .85 each way; $ .35 for seniors. Beach is good and relatively uncrowned on both week... More

On our last day we discovered this pretty park within walking distance of downtown Ft. Myers Beach. Peaceful paths out to the ocean, hardly anyone there, beautiful.
