Has a lot to offer. Many different gift shops. I think 4 different restaurants that have amazing views of the gulf. Of course there's also a beautiful beach and volleyball nets.

This was a fantastic place! Easy to park. We ate at the Rockin Taco. We were told it would be a 30 minute wait, and only waited 5 minutes! Lovely balcony seating as the sun went down! The lighting is a dream, with the sound...More

We ate twice at Rockin Tacos (I really liked their single patty burger) and once at Angler's Grille. We ate in Destin more often.

We ate at several of the restaurants over a few days and enjoyed all of them. Look for local discount coupons for freebees. Easy to walk up to to get out of the sun.

I personally like the boardwalk because it offers different places to eat and also has public restrooms for the public and convenient for those that go swim at the ocean. They also have changing rooms and makes it convenient for the public. They have benches...More

We eat here for (3) dinners out and all different restaurants! We loved the beach view, live music and friendly staff.

Plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants as well as some shopping. Overall the facilities were clean and good access to the beach. We needed some shade as it was a very hot day and this worked well for us.

Unfortunately everytime I go it is there! Rip tides bring it in. The current is always strong there! On the plus my skin always feels amazing after a swim but I'm always filthy after!

Perdido Key is about 2 hours west of Okaloosa Island. Perdido Key is even west of Pensacola, only a mile or so from the Alabama line, just across the water from Orange Beach, AL.

A. J.'s will cook you catch, but it is not on the Boardwalk at Okaloosa. It is in Destin Harbor at Harborwalk. That's about 5 miles east of Okaloosa.
