The prairie is one of my favorite places to visit in the Spring Fall and Winter. The wild flowers, cranes, gators and bison are stunning. Take a water bottle and treat wildlife respectfully.

We visited LaChua Trail in Payne Prairie in February. We saw many gators, birds, and other wildlife! The walkways were well maintained. We loved it!
