This park has a nice little beach. It's very clean with a boat launch and a picnic area. It also has a changing area and bathrooms.

There are combination of things to do here. Thank you to the donator who made the dog park possible. There is plenty of room for many dogs. There are always doggie bags available if you forget to bring your own. The park is sectioned off to accommodate small and large dogs. There's a water drinking station and a place to rinse off your dog before heading home. Thank you again!

We went to the Anclote River Beach Park first which was a bit better for families. This park was more focused on a dog park and a large pier that is perfect for doing some fishing! They do have a playground though and a short boardwalk (watch out for banana spiders!!! Those ginormous ones! My husband walked right into its web! eeeeek!). The boardwalk ends but the path continues on to the next park but we didn't venture that far with our little one as the afternoon storms were rolling in. So worth a quick visit if your are looking for a nice playground and a short nature walk. Definitely worth a visit if you are looking to fish from a pier! But it was crowded on the pier on a Sunday afternoon!

We walked here from Key Vista Nature Park and then did a quick tour. There were a lot of folks fishing. There were several docks that led to the water’s edge for wading and the long pier was very popular. We will likely return and walk the pier, but will start at the other park again.

This park is handicap friendly, all areas have walkways for ease of wheelchair. There are picnic tables but there is not a water view from the picnic area. There is an accessible fishing pier that was very busy with people fishing the way we went. The view is wonderful from the pier. This is a nice quiet spot for a picnic and roll out the pier for a view.

Great dog park. Adequate fishing pier. Very large and nice facilities. Perfect for walking trail but not conducive to distance running or anything with a stroller.

This park is medium sized, family friendly, on the water (no bathing beach, I believe) and not usually crowded. We go there often, and not just for the park aspects, but because they have a very clean, manned, recycling site there, for locals to help save mother earth. Why not get your cans and plastic together, wash your hands(!), and have a picnic there! Good to teach the children and make a fun time of it.
