Busch Wildlife Sanctuary not only is educational, clean, and fun. It teaches everyone how to help out wild life. Our children love the animal shows/information shows, and we love the open air “in the wild” feel. Visiting our favorite Florida bear is always something we...More

great place to take the kids! Very helpful with injured animals. We found a Pelican on the side of the road and took it here for them to nurture it back to health

What a great place! It was donation only so an inexpensive animal viewing alternative to a zoo! A few spots that weren’t completely “baby proof” (what place is??) but we found it safe to let our two year old walk close by us and enjoy...More

One of my favorite places to go and to take visitors. It’s like a small-scale zoo with a personal touch. Don’t miss the afternoon talks at the education center where you get to see and pet all kinds of animals and birds. A real treat!

It is very pretty and serene, we enjoyed it. In our group we had kids from age 3 to 16. It’s a great place to spend an hour and a half, doesn’t have to be an all day thing.

This was a neat sanctuary with a good variety of animals. Paths were clear and it only is donations to visit. Wish the visitors center and gift shop were open the day we came by.

Kim K gave the best answer. There are some areas that are only accessed by stairs but most are wood chips and narrow- prob just wide enough for a wheelchair but not easy to navigate because of the surface.
