Great bunch of people. Worked hard to complete my son's advanced certification despite the weather doing the best to thwart all plans.

For me the most important thing about learning to scuba dive is being properly trained by experienced professionals who follow all the best practices to ensure our safety at all times. I also like to ask questions before making a large purchase so I emailed several times before booking. I appreciate them offering a discount when you purchase the training... More

We made arrangements prior to trip to finish open water certification with specific plan detailed, took my card information and held reservation.. went the day before and the day of (prior to them opening) to confirm. They called again to confirm morning of, showed up 15 minutes later to a different, rude, "boss employee" that suddenly ruined my trip because... More

I am very sorry you feel this way, and very sorry this had to happen! But you arrived without a reservation, wanted to start your pool and academics for certification the very next day, and ONLY had 2 days to do this, which is the absolute minimum time we can even try to do this. We tried to accommodate you,... More

First, let me say, the Sea Dwellers staff were great and I would use them again. That said, I had a TERRIBLE diving experience that had nothing to do with the operation. I forgot my regulator at the hotel and so had to use a rental. Then I discovered I hadn't checked my O2 sensor and of course the battery... More

Easy to work with dive shop. Made reservations online. Boat can be a little crowded based on time of year and they share with other dive shops. Guides are friendly and it was nice that you could explore on your own during dive. Diving Key Largo in March can be hit or miss with visibility.

I traveled to Florida solo in order to complete my Open Water diving certification. I chose Sea Dwellers because they had great online reviews, and these reviews were certainly spot-on. They put safety first. On the first day, they needed up moving the diving to Pennekamp State Park because of the unruly wind and waves; although I would not recommend... More

I signed up for the 1-day discovery dive and ended up doing the whole certification program. Seadwellers has an amazing team. Everyone was super experienced and enthusiastic! I'll definitely be back!

Unfortunately, I was not able to go or reschedule my diving trip. I was advised promptly and upfront that this was going to the case and I waited to make the final decision for a refund. The refund is still under process 3-days later...

Great company! We went on the afternoon SCUBA/snorkel tour. Everyone but me (including my husband) did the SCUBA diving. I happily went snorkeling. The wind was pretty strong and made for terrible snorkeling, but the staff and captain of the ship made up for it. The captain of the ship kept apologizing for the poor clarity on the first stop... Folks were helpful and very knowledgeable. They warned us of rough seas and were cautious about it. It nice that Scott offered to do a make up dive in the future due to the high seas.
