Blue Planet Kayak invites you to escape to the seclusion of our tropical “backcountry” locales -- only accessible by kayak. More than a kayaking trip; we offer an Eco-Tour Experience! Glide across warm, crystal clear water only inches deep to the shelter of mysterious mangrove islands. Our guides are happy to explain this ecosystem's uniqueness in plants, marine life, birds and natural history.Let us catch marine animals only an expert could find for you to handle and photograph. Learn about egrets, herons and other birds roosting only feet away or prying the flats for food. Geared for any level of paddler, you won’t have to go far to see the hidden beauty that so many have called serene, enchanting, romantic and captivating. We take a maximum of 10 people per guide for a personal experience.

Went on a twilight kayak tour through the shallows and the mangroves. Started out before dusk and was collected from my hotel by Andy, who was our guide for the evening. From the outset Andy was informative and tried to include the whole group. Good...More

Chad was very kind and accommodating even for (multiple) last minute schedule changes. We ended up on the sunset kayak trip which was amazing. He made sure our kids had a chance to hold or interact with interesting marine specimens and he was very informative...More

She knew her stuff....the tides, the mangrove system, the critters in the water. I would have liked more eco and less paddling against the currents and winds but I'm an old guy so that's my ancient body talking. If you're not a strong paddler, do...More

Did the Eco your a few days ago....Chad was our guide...my wife and I had a great time. Chad took us through the mangroves and pointed out a lot of interesting sea life. Much better than just going for a kayak ride to nowhere!

Chad was a great tour guide, we did the sunset tour and got to kayak through the mangroves after dark, eerie but very cool.

Despite having terrible luck with the weather we had an amazing time. Our guide was friendly and incredibly informative, and it was fascinating kayaking through the mangroves, especially after dark.

Ok we advertise accurately that we take up to 10 paddlers per guide. There was no need for a guide to be behind the group. The weather was good and paddling easy. As we must go single file through the narrow mangrove passages every paddler...More

Fish may not mind, sure the birds wouldn’t be thrilled. Not a lot of room in a kayak and lots of sun. Just not a good idea.
