Easily accessible by bike, the $2.50 entrance fee per person was great for the day spent there. There are sandy beaches and picnic tables in the shade. The sandy beach, however, does not extend into the water. There's about 8 feet of small rocks to...More

Within easy walking distance of the old town, this state park is a lovely area. The $7 per person entrance fee is good for the day. The beaches are lovely and sometimes you get a great air show from the local military. There is a...More

The fort was cool to walk around and see, but the beach! The beach was beautiful! Remember to bring your snorking gear and water shoes, the beach has tiny to medium rocks as you head into the water. The view is beautiful. They have picnic...More

It has not made full recovery from Irma. Is very rocky other than where you rent chairs. Not sure what they can do to replace the sand it lost.

Here you get to experience a little history and a gorgeous beach. Such a beautiful spot here in Key West. There is a concession with lots of food choices and a beach with clear blue waters.

Be careful !! We arrived at 5:30 PM to see the fort and once arrived in the park, we learnt that the fort closes at 5:00 PM. We came here for nothing and paid for nothing because we didn’t want to go to the beach.

We love to come to this beach when visiting Key West. It is beautiful. Wear water shoes and you will enjoy it more. The beach is rocky. Come early to rent a beach umbrella and loungers. Water was clear and refreshing.

Yes, you can see fish, but not as many as on the snorkeling tours. But for the inexpensive price, there are a good number of fish to be seen.
