Key West was just like any other stop in a port. stores all with the same thing (key chains, shots glasses, t-shirts) I wish I ah more time to visit the museums. Nothing extra special except the weather, being from Detroit.

Duval Street lives up to its reputation. There are T-shirt shops, fine clothing stores, bars, cafes, and a bit of something for everyone. The entire street is only a little over a mile long, so you can walk on side and back the other side in an afternoon.

The 1 and a half mile long Duvall Street, never sleeps, and is one of the best places to walk up and down day or night. The sheer number of bars and restaurants spoils you for choice, and the shops are quirky and fun to visit. Most of the bars have live music, don't close until 3am in the morning... More

It is possible to find some good restaurants but the Duval Street area is full of trashy and awful establishments. Mostly like Bourbon Street, it really takes away from what could be a lovely city.

What a great place to people watch and just hang out. Lots of live music every night, and plenty of places to stop and shop and grab a bite. It's busy but definitely worth a trip from top to bottom.

Typical seaside street trying to be cool! Loads of noise coming from bars etc, happy hours and touts trying to lure you into their noisy bars. Plenty of places selling usual tacky clothing and nicknacks all made in China.. Nothing authentic. Gay scene very obvious and arty types and tattoo parlours. Frankly I found it interesting to observe but it... More
