Right from calling them on the phone to make a reservation I was greeted with politeness and expert customer service. The day was amazing, low wind and very sunny and hot. The plane ride itself was amazing, it was incredible to fly in such an incredible piece of history. The captain pointed out some cool key features of the island... More

My partner and I had an excellent experience on the conch Republic Air Force plane. This 1940s plane flew about 500 feet above around the reefs and the island. We saw one shark and shipwrecks. The narration kept us entertained and the overall take off and landing were super smooth. Loved the experience. Definitely recommend.

My husband and 13-year-old son had a great time! They had great sightseeing of Key West from above and the pilot narrates and you hear him through headphones. The 30-minute tour was a perfect amount of time. The cockpit you ride in, which is in front of the pilot, is a small space and it's pretty loud being right next... More

Key West Biplanes has its offices at the Key West airport and offers the opportunity for one or two people to take a flight in an original biplane. It has three different excursions; a 15-18 minute flight around the island, a 30-35 minute flight around the island and the reefs and a 30-35 minute sunset flight. The company will also... More

Best trip ever. Had the time of our lives. Very easy to find and the staff were extremely friendly. Allowed us to look at all the older planes and explained why they are so special. The flight was very informative and gives not just a unique view of the island but also the surrounding wrecks and points of interest. Pilot... More

We had planned on going parasailing, but the winds were blowing too hard... Thankfully we saw a Bi-Plane flying around my wife took it upon herself to look it up and call to book a flight... we are so happy she did. This is the absolute best way to enjoy 30 minutes of your life! The sights and memories that... More

Put this on your list to do while visiting Key West or if you live here. I was nervous about the convertible part of it but that was awsome! Lou, was our pilot and he was great! Don't miss it!

Gave to my husband for a birthday gift and he was thrilled. Seating area is tight but still worth the time.

This was a great way to see Key West. After walking around, flying over the island provides a new perspective on Key West. We did the 30 minute tour - I can't imagine doing the shorter one because it's totally worth it to take the time to see the reefs, smaller islands, and shipwrecks. Bring a jacket - it's cold...
