We have been meaning to come to Bok Tower for years. Finally we made our way there and it didnt dissapoint! We came with three children and they all had a ball and werent ready to leave at close. The children's area is spectacular. There are great water features, caves, climbs, and nooks to explore. They also particularly loved the... More

I love walking over these grounds. The plants are spectacular and they help identify what is in bloom. The tower is an amazing piece of art work. Everyone needs to hear a carillon play at least once, it is worth being on your bucket list. Very unique and beautiful sound.

As you follow the directions you keep thinking you missed it. You haven 't just keep going. Once you arrive you see a sign and turn in. Then drive through the orange grove and arrive at the visitor center. The grounds as you walk in are very nice with large trees and wonder plants and flowers. The singing town bells... More

I hadn't been here since I was a kid - it was as beautiful as I remembered. The visitor center and cafe are very new looking and nice to have available. I spent about 2 1/2 hours but could have easily spent twice that long. The historic house was closed today -I'm sure touring those grounds would have certainly warranted... More

My boyfriend got us annual passes, and we even got to see Pinewood Estates on the last day of Christmas there. Just a relaxing place where you can be with nature.

What a treat to find in Central Florida. Saw on Groupon, it was on our way further south, so thought we'd take a break from the drive and stop. Its appeals in this order for me: Olmstead-designed gardens, tour of Pinewood Estate decorated for Christmas, and the Carillon tower. Great decision. Beautiful visitors' center with history of Mr. Bok, serene... More

We were volunteers at the house - Pinewood - for a number of years. After a change in management and philosophy, Pinewood tours are much less informative than they once were. It is a wonderful house to tour. Do visit Bok Tower Gardens during the growing season. There will be many opportunities for nice photos of growing things. When the nearby... More
