We come to Madeira Beach every year. It's our happy place, to be sure. A short walk from our condo brings us back to the Candy Kitchen every year. The air of nostalgia and amazing variety of ice cream is topped only by the friendly folks behind the counter. Change nothing.. We love you.

My grand daughter wanted to stop here and my cousin who lives in Tampa recommended it. Try the fudge. Candies from the 50's, 60's, 70's,80's, 90's and even into 2000's. Oh btw...do you like bugs or worms...lol ?

Loved the ice cream and Italian Ice!!! We had to return a couple times over our week long visit to check out all of the candy selection. The store has every candy imaginable...dating back to the 50s!

Little hole in the wall place with just about every kind of candy you can imagine. Great for kids. Also serves hand scooped ice cream in a variety of flavors.

What a great place to have ice cream - I think it's one of the best ice creams I've ever had. Lots of choices and the place is tiny and cute with lots of vintage type candies. I hear that in the summer, there is a long line to get in. fortunately we were lucky because it was a cold... More

Pretty mediocre selection although there is some candies from different decades that you can choose from, however the shop is only 12 x 12 and if you have a craving for a candy bar, you are probably better off going to your local Publix or CVS and buying one there.
