About
Immerse yourself in Cuban American culture on Little Havana’s main street, which serves as a major gathering point for the Latino community in Miami. Taste the finest rum in town or grab some churros as you explore the area. You’ll see seniors playing dominoes at Domino Park, as well as plenty of vintage cars, colorful street art, and gift and craft shops along the way. Stroll along the Calle Ocho Walk of Fame and spot the stars of Gloria Estefan, Thalía, and other Hispanic icons. Visit the neighborhood around mid-March to catch the exuberant Calle Ocho Music Festival. – Tripadvisor

Little Havana in one Main Street
Calle Ocho is the Main Street and attraction while visiting little Havana in Miami. Full of life music, cafes, restaurants and souvenir shop. It is great simply to walk around and absorb the atmosphere or join a guided tour of the Cuban culture and cuisine .

    Feeling a little "Cuban"
Calle Ocho or eighth street is the main street of Little Havana and synonymous with the largest celebration of Latino culture and specifically Cuban in the United States. The most popular street in Miami’s Little Havana, there’s little bars, simple restaurants, unique sites and stores that commemorate all things Cuban. You’re bound to come across a tourist or two, but what is more important is that you will not be able to leave without feeling a little “Cuban”.

Great day trip to visit your Hispanic roots!
When you live 2 hours away, this is a fun day trip. Only takes a few hours to sit and have a cafecito, maybe a Cuban sandwich as you walk around. Watch the cigar rolling, head over to Ball and Chain to listen to live music and check out the Celia Cruz display at the old theater!

    Unique Ethnic Neighborhood
A unique experience, the premier Cuban neighborhood in the US and this is the main street. Take a long walk, do some shopping, have a Cuban sandwich, or just an espresso. Step into a bar with music. Wander off a couple of blocks to see where the folks live. It's the real thing.

Cool place, great vibe. Loved the shops. We visited on the open top bus tour which was good. Loved hearing the music and soaking up the Cuban vibe!

Wasn't as lively as I was expecting, but there are a lot of nice shops and great cigar places. Plenty of places to eat but I wasn't feeling that "Wow" factor...

Spend a day here! It's absolutely phenomenal! Food is delicious and the art work is beautiful! Stop by the shops! There is a man who sells peanuts and he's hilarious!

Took my daughter here, and yes it’s got culture…But it’s WAY too touristy, overpriced, and loud. We were out of there after a 1/2 hour.

Calle Ocho, the famous street in Miami's Little Havana neighborhood, is a must-visit destination for anyone looking to experience the vibrant Hispanic culture of the city. On a recent visit, I enjoyed the energy and excitement that filled the air as I explored this lively neighborhood.

One of the highlights of my trip was visiting the iconic Domino Park, a popular gathering place for locals and tourists alike. The park was filled with tables of people playing dominoes, chatting, and enjoying the warm Miami sunshine. The sound of salsa music filled the air, adding to the festive atmosphere.

As I walked along Calle Ocho, I couldn't help but be impressed by the colorful and vibrant street art that lined the buildings. Every turn revealed a new and exciting piece of artwork that celebrated the rich history and culture of the area.

Of course, no visit to Calle Ocho would be complete without indulging in some of the delicious Cuban cuisine that the neighborhood is famous for. From traditional Cuban sandwiches to flavorful rice and beans. We visited the Ball and Chain for some drinks, it was vibrant with great live Latin music and dancing.

We ate at Versailles restaurant which I would not recommend.

The energy, culture, and food of this vibrant neighborhood left a lasting impression on me and I enjoyed the visit. However, my experience on Calle Ocho was good but not super great. Its done now and don't feel like I would need to come back again.
