I've lived in Miami all my life. This place is legit. That is, if you want an authentic Cuban entertainment experience with a touch of modern twist. Live music here cannot be beat. I just came from watching Albita perform. She is right up there with some of the Cuban music legends like Celila Cruz. Voice like an angel (or... More

I came here in a group outing with some friends. The music was really good and it provides a good atmosphere. I've had one of the best Tapas in here. The cover price is a little expensive, however this is one of the few places I don't mind because there are other spots in Miami that you have to pay... More

I'm glad my party of 4 was able to experience some Latin culture in the Little Havana area of Miami, but it certainly came at a price at "Hoy Como Ayer". To more fully enjoy an evening of live latin music at Hoy Como Ayer, you have to get past a few things - a $10 cover charge per person,... More

If you want great music, then visit this night club. It's not for the food or drinks, it's the atmosphere and entertainment, which is excellent (I saw Palo perform live, an Afro-Cuban funk band). The show started late (around 10:40 PM), but it did not disappoint. I looked around at one point and the club was packed (of course) and... More

The worst mojito i have ever tried in my life i couldnt even drink it. A margarita served in a beer glass. Come on guys.... I dont mind the price if we are watching a live music event which is good. It doesnt cost much to do an acceptable drink

A hidden gem in Miami! We were looking for a true Cuban experience with salsa dancing on our visit from California. Hoy Como Ayer and The SPAM AllStars delivered and then some. Our best night in Miami was here! Thank you Hoy Como Ayer for an unforgettable night!
