About
Extending from the Atlantic Ocean to the east and Biscayne Bay to the west on Miami Beach, FL, Lincoln Road features various shops, cafés, galleries, restaurants, bars and other businesses. It attracts over 11 million visitors annually from all over the world not just for its premier shopping destinations, restaurants, and nightlife but also for its architecture. When famed architect Morris Lapidus was commissioned to redesign Lincoln Rd in the 1960s, his distinguished style positioned the road as one of the most luxurious destinations in the city during that time. Today, Lincoln Road is an iconic pedestrian district that serves as a hub for modern culture seekers, both local and international. Anchored by three internationally respected cultural institutions, the New World Symphony, Arts Center South Florida and the Colony Theater, Lincoln Road serves as a charging station for the mind, body and spirit.

- Roger BLimerick, Ireland107 contributionsMust Visit!Went there a few times on our vacation. The variety and quality of the food was excellent and the prices were good also. Wish we had them back home in Ireland. A shout out to John, our Server, who was witty and charming. Recommended. We will be back!Visited August 2023Travelled with familyWritten 12 October 2023
- Tina L17 contributionsCool art galleries to seeMany of the high end shops here can be found anywhere in cities across the U.S. I’m surprised this is the #1 destination in Miami Beach on Trip Advisor. That being said, there are some very cool art galleries here, and there was also a pop-up art exhibition as well were there for the first day of Miami Art Week. The art aspect of Lincoln Mall was great! There is a new massive statue at the Mall entrance which is also a show stopper. If luxury shopping is your thing, this is probably a great spot for you. We had a good meal while there, though the hosts are very aggressive at the restaurants as you walk by trying to get you to stop.Visited December 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten 6 December 2023
- TravellerNew York City, New York3,280 contributionsWorth a visitI walked on Lincoln Road twice during my visit to Miami Beach with my family. It was quite busy and lively with many restaurants and name brand stores. I think it was a worthwhile place to go but I do not consider it my favorite place in Miami Beach.Visited January 2024Travelled with familyWritten 6 January 2024
- karlNew York City, New York11 contributionsFormula 1 weekend at South Beach and Lincoln Road.I stayed for the Formula 1 weekend at Marseilles Beachfront Hotel which is located "On" Sounth Beach, and two blocks from Lincoln Road. It was a perfect location. You can go to the beach during the day, and hit Lincoln road in the evening. Shops, food, Formula 1 store. It was a great experience. Don't miss Espanola Way which is 3 blocks past Lincoln. We ate at Hosteria Romana! Amazing time, music, ambiance was epic. Trip was amazing.Visited May 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 5 June 2024

Great place to spend two to three hours where you can grab a bit. Lots of restaurants and cafes where you can sit to watch people. Go earlier to get the early bird discount, usually 25% off or free appetizers. City garage close by. 3starbucks and 2 gelato places. Watch gratitude because usually 18to 20% is added on already.

We actually took a food walking tour along LIncoln on morning. We had visited at least a dozen times in the past, but the environs are getting better and better and the tour guide pointed out the extensive history which surrounds this place since the 1920s. The various buildings and edifices have now been spruced up and decorated. There are a few empty shop units but they are soon to be filled with new food outlets and shops. Don’t forget to look up at all the wonderful Art Deco buildings and the shop fronts with authentic class windows. Visit Books and Books and the lovely cafe which goes with it, take a look at the whole shop front and building of what is now H & M and was previously the Lincoln Theatre. The shops are great but so are the buildings.

I was here in February 2020 and it was completely different. Like most of Miami CV19 has taken its toll on this area. 2 out of 3 stores or restaurants are closed. The one that are open have poor service, poor food or both due to the "Service Charge" as they have no real motivation to give better service. Service Charge = built in tip. And then they ask for a tip on top of that, Lol. The only restaurant my wife and I found good was Rosinella. The rest of them had "Meh" food for London prices. If SoBe doesnt make some radical changes Miami will go the way of Atlantic City. Sorry I dont have photos, but there was nothing outstanding to take pictures. PS, stay away from Zara Clothing. The worst management and CS I have seen in years. hour long lines to check out with one or tow people at register where 5 or more staff are wandering around folding clothes.

Interesting Pedestrian only mall with lots of ethnic food vendors, stores and restaurants stretching alone the whole length. Weekends tend to be busy but more fun due to addition of flea market. Great place for an exotic fruit drink/smoothie/salad at reasonable price and exceptional quality ( perfect ripeness of fruits ). Lots of funky looking sculpture along the way with nearby benches for tose needing rests.
Almost all restaurants along stretch have outdoor patios to allow patrons to do people watching whilst enjoying their 'overpriced' food!

Brutally hot in the summer!
Typical chain stores; Macys, Madewell, Starbucks, Dylan’s... Very expensive cafe’s with ordinary food. Colorful & expensive art galleries. Great for people watching & we eat around the corner at Timeout Food Hall where the food is delicious, reasonably priced & urs air conditioned.

The larger restaurants were hopping and providing quality food while following CDC guidelines. However, it was sad to see how many retail shops had closed. Lincoln road was in trouble before C19 because the increasing rents we pushing restaurants and small retailers out in favor of big chains. With more chains folding the street will have close to 50% occupancy.

Every time I visit..i seem to find myself at Lincoln Road Mall for multiple reasons..
Shopping: I've forgotten to pack running shoes, jackets, hats, etc and Lincoln Road Mall always has me covered. The retail store selection is extensive in this outdoor mall. Major retail and boutique stores are lined up and down. The H&M and Lululemon are slightly bigger than your typical locations.
Restaurants: There's multiple restaurant and bar options throughout the mall. You'll come across many restaurants with outdoor dining setup. It's easy to get a quick bite and some drinks if you need a break from the shopping.
People Watching: Sometimes we'd just stroll through as Lincoln Road Mall is diverse with locals and tourists from around the world. You can run into some interesting live street performances throughout the mall. The vibe is energetic as this mall seems to pretty crowded. It's especially crowded in the evening as the diners are out at the restaurants.
Centrally located in South Beach, the Lincoln Road Mall has something for everyone. If you're in the area, it's worth a visit even just to check out casually. Enjoy!

If you are ever touring South Beach you really want to take a trip down Lincoln Road where you'll encounter the Lincoln Road Mall. This is not your regular, old and antiquated enclosed mall. This is an open air mall that is full of many different types of shops, restaurants, stores and even a nice quiet and eclectic bookstore to boot! Most of the stores are mid end shopping and when you begin your walking tour of this area (its designed primarily as a pedestrian mall and dogs are welcome) make sure to wear some comfortable clothes because it can get hot in South Beach and there is a lot to see, do and eat in this area. Essentially pedestrians walk on both sides of Lincoln Road and there are restaurant seating areas located in the middle of this open air mall where you can try various dishes depending on your appetite. They've even got a movie theatre towards the end of this mall area. So if you want to check out the latest flick you can do so at the Lincoln Mall on Lincoln Road.

Looking for food. Restaurants from high priced meals to local empanadas (Munchies next to the CVS store), desserts? Pastry shops, Hagen Das and gelato. People watching your thing? You are in the right place. Need anything? More stores then you can visit in a day. Culture? Live music fills the air, sculptures adorn the walkway. If you need it, Lincoln Road has it.

Ja natürlich aber diesen müssen Sie am besten nachmittags vor dem Spiel besuchen, abends hat dieser geschlossen. Abends gibt es dann vereinzelte Stände mit Souvenirs.

Ypou can take the 119 from Biscayne Boulevard and NE 4th to 17th and Jefferson - 3 min from Lincoln. (see Miami-Dade transport).
We just called an Uber both ways. It cost $10.94 for 4 people.
We visited Hooters there.
