If taking the tour and then spending a few extra hours walking around, where would be a good place to park?

We actually took the city bus over because we heard parking was a nightmare. When we got there we could see that it was really bad. There didn't seem to be any parking and there were traffic jams on pretty well every street.

We will be travelling from Orlando to south beach this fri. Which tour time would you recommend to give us time to check in etc and find your tour? Do we need to buy our tickets in advance?

Sorry, I've been out of the country without Internet access, I agree with the other comments, I took the 1PM tour on New Years' Day so traffic was light.
Which tour group did you choose? Any preferences?
