Tin city is a group of stores and places to eat. Nothing is very special but it is a fun place to visit.

Love Tin City....Sweet little locally owned stores, shops and restaurants! You can find almost anything "beachy" for decorating and pretty fair prices. Riverwalk is a fun restaurant with a water view to grab a bite and take a break from shopping.

While there we were able to take a sightseeing Cruise, go to Pinchers for lunch, do some shopping, and I bought some beautiful jewelry and some wine. My husband had a candle custom-made with his college logo on it. I read some reviews and was definitely more than touristy shops and t-shirts to buy. They did have a few of... More

Run of the mill T shirt shops, a games room and plastic souvenirs made in China. There was nothing unique here...no specialty crafts, nothing that can't be found at any of the many souvenir joints along the strip.

We drove from Marco Island to visit Naples. Tin City was on our list of things to check out. It was disappointing. It was just a collection of mostly souvenir shops and a "winery" that sold only fruit concoctions. Some of them were tasty and the tasting was free. The ice-cream was also excellent, but these two places did not... More

Visited Tin City while on a visit too Naples with friends who are residents. It's a crazy melange of mostly small businesses covering the gammet of offerings from gourmet olive oil and Balsamic vinegar to "Best ice cream In Florida"( and it is a definite challenger). An interesting experience with lots of fun and laughs.Example an entry carpet inscribed with... More

We ended up here by accident, after we rented bikes and had a lunch in nearby Crayton Cove area. OK, there are some cliche like souvenir shops, but also some real nice and interesting shops/boutiques. For example we bought some hand made wooden sculptures from a shop that had sign "we don't sell any chinese crap" :) Definitely worth of... More

Too cool to go to the beach? Not feeling as up-scale as 5th Avenue South? Tin City!. Lots of little shops, clothing, souvenirs, chatchkies. And a good variety of restaurants for when you need a break. Give yourself a 2-3 hour window for shopping, a snack and a beverage.

Being a typical guy, I could not care less about browsing a tourist-ie little mall for T-shirts, soaps, cheap jewelry, candles and the like. There were not tools, sporting goods or camera stores for me However, one store was very special. Since I am a woodworker there was a shop with some of the most unique woods carved or shaped...
