The water is always beautiful and it isn't too crowded there! I come here every time I visit FL. There are plenty of things to do nearby and a lot of parking.

There are no pets allowed on the beach, and there are signs posted stating that. There is an area down the road for dogs. That said, some people don’t seem to follow the rules.

It's still warm here in mid November. Typically in the high 70's or low 80's during the day and may get in the 60's at night. You can still get in the Gulf in early November but mid November may be a bit chilly to swim... More

When there in July, we got a ton of shells right at the waters edge by the pier. No snorkel necessary. We used some nets to catch some before the waves took them back out.
