This was short by interesting. You can cover this within 30 minutes. Nice there are picnic tables if anyone cares to bring a snack, lunch. We did not go on the nature trails so I cannot comment on that. The grounds are very clean.

I bring all my friends here on the way to the New Smyrna Beach Wine Walk. It is great to see history and learn about the indians and the sugar industry and how it changed the face of Florida.

Little bit of history. Signs are great and give plenty of history. There is a short nature trail that give a little extra walking time in the shade. There was quite a bit of shade at the ruins. Nice midday break.

This is a very rustic location that is well maintained by the park system. The ruins are in good shape and informational plaques are well placed. There are nature trails etc, but you are in nature and the biting bugs are plentiful!!
