Attended the kite festival Thanksgiving week and lots of people participated in the event! Free kites were available for those who didn't have one. The shops on Flagler Ave. are great and there is a little something for everybody! The beach is also spacious and clean.

Nice place to visit , drive the car on the beach. Called the kids back home to go to the web page for the cam so that we could wave at them while we talked on the phone. Lots of little shops before getting to the beach. I bought some pottery from a shop run by a transplanted Kentuckian.

This parking lot is so convenient to beach, Flagler Ave, restrooms. Park here often. Only wish it were still free. $10.00 daily fee. Pay at parking machines with credit card or exact change.

Easy access to the beach and plenty of interesting people around. Just take Flagler ave all the way to the end and you'll reach the beach. Parking is available for a fee but good luck finding anything. You can park along the streets and it's just a short walk from the shop areas.

It may have changed but there are fees to park here and it isn't obvious, at least it wasn't last year. NSB decided to charge parking in the winter starting last year. The fee is the same as if you go on the beach so why park in a lot. Edgewater has free lots farther south and the national seashore... More

My wife and I walk the beach every morning. Our condo is one mile south of Flagler Ave so we walk there, stop, sit in the gazebo and people watch. NSB is a great place to live and visit because there is always something going on here.

The best part of this place is - it is probably the least crowded beach along the Florida State coastline. The beach is also accessible to public with nominal parking fee.

This place gets very crowded in the summer and during busy seasons. The beach here is a drive on beach so if you have small children or just want a little more serenity, I'd suggest heading to 27th Street where there are no cars. There are picnic options and restroom and shower facilities. Parking is $10 per car and fills... More
