This is one of the very best beaches on the Atlantic side because Flagler Ave runs right up to--and onto-- the beach! A miles of chic and fun restaurants terminating on a surfer's beach with amazing monnrises and romantic memories that are the kind you...More

Its a nice view but has a crush of people. The beach has vehicle access point right there and although the speed limit is 10 mph, there are plenty of jerks who are not paying attention (or care) and a crush of vehicles going back...More

I am not sure if it is a result of the storms, all of the cars on the beach or combination of these and other factors, but the beach is disappearing. The tide comes up beyond the wood posts where cars are not allowed to...More

The park is mall but a nice place to watch the world go by! The beach at New Smyrna is the best for walking- love it there.

A great place to enjoy life on life terms. Wife can shop while you relax and enjoy the scenery and a cool refreshing cocktail. Stay at one of the quaint motels or enjoy old style riverside. Great food and atmosphere. You will be relaxed.

Totally loved the idea that you could just park on the beach for a few dollars more. Lifeguards were extremely helpful especially when my youngest got separated from the rest of us. Definitely a must return visit the next time I am in Florida.

We stop here every trip. Last year we had crab legs that were fair priced and good quality. The new second floor is nice too. Staff are friendly. We will be back i'm sure.

Came across this by accident as we stayed about one mile from the beach side entry. It was perfect to walk for 20 min and then nip into somewhere for a nice coffee. It gave you a great feel of a wee seaside town but,...More

This is a great area for walking or riding bikes. They have lots of little shops and a great atmosphere. I would highly recommend this area for families.

Heart of the historic village. Great local arts and craft stores, clothing shops, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and beach access by car.
