This was our second trek and it was amazing. We saw so many of the animals so up close. The guides were fantastic and the pictures they took, which are included with the price, were so great. You really feel like you are on a private safari. You begin with a walking tour, up close with the hippos, then you... More

My boys and I loved crossing over 2 bridges with 24 crocodiles underneath! Those things are BIG! We watched hippos and three female rhinos protecting themselves from one male. I must say, the safari was worth the extra money. The park's complimentary tour is only an approx. 22 min. Wild Africa Trek was nearly three hours!! We loved it!!!!

No, it's not Africa. And no, if you are disabled, obese, or grumpy, please know you either cannot or should not be on this excursion. And if an extra $189 on top of a several $1000 trip is too much, please do not even think about it. I would not pay $300 for park admission and the tour for 3... More

I cannot recommend this experience highly enough! It is an amazing adventure that is basically an extended and more in-depth version of the safari ride. If you enjoy that ride, you'll love this! The "trek" part encompasses the hippo and crocodile habitats, while you ride a safari trick for the savanna portion. You get to see the animals closer up... More

My wife, son and I did this tour on our recent trip and are still talking about days later. This was truly a great experience for us and one more thing off the Disney bucket list. If you've ever taken the Kilimanjaro Safari and wished you could get just a little closer and maybe have a couple extra minutes this... More

My wife and I along with another couple did this a few days ago. We all loved it. The guide Meg and her co-worker were great. They made sure we all had on our gear correctly. The were very friendly and answered everyone's questions, along with providing a lot of information. The other guides we interacted with were also excellent.... More

My husband and I splurged on the Wild Africa Trek, and it did not disappoint. Our tour guides Alexis and Paula were so great and very informative! We loved our group and highly recommend this adventure! Here are some tips: You CAN bring your phone and/or a camera as long as the camera has a neck strap. Make sure to... More

I did this with my 12 year old daughter for her birthday. It was great! We went out close to a hippo and walked over rope bridges over the hippos and crocodiles. Scary but great. Then we had a delicious lunch and an extended safari ride. It was a blast. I highly recommend for any animal lovers!

Amazing, fantastic, awesome...there's not enough adjectives to properly describe this adventure. It's a tad pricey but worth every penny! Every single detail is covered. Each participant gets their own headset so you never miss anything that the guides say. In addition to two awesome guides that are with you the entire trip, there are individual animal experts that speak to... More

This was a really nice tour. You get to see the other side of the safari at animal kingdom and can ask questions that others may noT be able to answer in front of kids. You get really close to the hippos and crocs. The snack is huge so make sure you do not have food reservations too close before... More
