Typically showcases local artists, interesting place but the gardens are always beautiful. I see other reviews use the word oasis and I think that fits as it is in a commercial district and suddenly have this beautiful place to fell peaceful.

What a peaceful place to meander through a green garden with several water features! The paths are artfully laid out and have imprints of leaves, etc. The museum itself is small but has nice collections. And there's a bonus: the gift shop has great jewelry at a very reasonable (I.e., cheap) price! Good for gifts or for oneself. There is... More

We love this beautiful garden! My husband proposed to me in the gazebo, and then later we had our wedding on the rock stage. We just celebrated 22 years! The staff was very accommodating. The grounds are well kept and parking is convenient. This is a lovely place to take a walk, bring a lunch, read a book, or get... More

This only takes a few minutes to walk around but if you want a cool quiet place to relax and enjoy some natural sounds like birds, wind through the bamboo and waterfalls, this is a great place to bring a book. Cute little alcoves to sit and write or meditate.

Really well kept ! And i was pleasantly surprised that with the different paths, it was bigger than I thought. Not huge, so don't make this your day trip destination but absolutely, if you're in the area check out this beautiful little place.

We parked in the public parking lot behind the Memorial Art Center. We came after the Art Center had closed but we had come to see the gardens. It was a windy day, the first thing we heard were the Bamboo Trees making beautiful music as they swayed back and forth. There are many paved pathways throughout the gardens, I... More

Do take the time to experience this lovely botanical garden, with small fountains and waterfalls, and lovely plantings and nice concrete walking trails with leaf imprints on some parts and small pebbles on other parts; Very easy to walk on for those of all ages and health challenges....I particularly enjoyed standing under the large bamboo and hearing it creak in... Nice way to spend a warm July day. Interesting and different collection of object. Part art museum and part collection of interesting stuff. Would recommend for something to do when you've had too much sun!!

I was first attracted to the adjacent garden, enjoying art as well I decided to check out the Art Museum. The many creations at this time were from local artist who displayed their work with paintings from the garden walkways, waterfall and ponds. A gift shop is located in the lobby. There is no admission charge part donations are appreciated.
