The Pensacola Civic Center has been renamed to the Bayfront Auditorium, but little else has changed. The sound system is terrible in there. I don't know who designed the sound system, but it is old and antiquated. It echoes quite a bit and barely audible clearly. They need to put in something to absorb the sound because it is just... Recently attended for a Comic Con. Clean, staff from center was friendly and helpful. I'm assuming the rule re:outside food and drink is the center and not the con organization- I overheard someone who had special needs (diabetes) was forced to throw away food he needed for his sugar regulation. Maybe someone needs to address this issue. Food from Cons... More

A lot of people stare " no bad seats"- I beg to differ. We went to see a concert last night and paid a lot for our tickets. Our seats were section 214 row A seats 9 and 10. All we could see is the stair railings and the ground level exit light for the stairs shining in our eyes... More

Fun, minor league hockey venue. The locals are crazy so every hockey game is entertaining whether the Ice Flyers win out not.

I live in Pensacola and visit the civic centre mostly for ice hockey games but also the occasional concert or political rally. If it's a big event you will be gouged on parking, and although there are enough entrances to get people in and out quickly, most event organisers will nit man them all slowing things down considerably. Seating is... More

Always clean and well maintained. Fun hockey games, concerts seem to be a thing of the past here though. Graduations are done here but could use more local parking and better accoustics

Came to Pensacola for a High School graduation. Was easy to find, easy to park and very accommodating for the handicap.

They host high school graduations in here. The seating is very tight. I sat with ladies on either side of me and had to sit sideways if you can imagine that. They use this for concerts and ice hockey. This is the tightest seating I have ever sat in and I have been to a lot of places like this... More

We loved the show. Seats were cramped but the music made up for it. The crowd loved it too judging by repeated encores. He played some new numbers, and some out of character numbers. But the oldies were the best for me.
