The museum is full of planes, bombs and engines. Coolest thing for kids and adults. While we were there the blue angels put on a show. Best thing we did on vacation.

Stopped in our our drive to Destin. I wasn't sure if I'd make the climb up the 177 steps, but I did! The view at the top was nice. Definitely something different to experience.

Think of an airport. If it works to get through TSA, then it will work. Some state driver's licenses do not work for TSA and will not work for this either.
are small pets [non service animals] permitted in the museum? We are onn vacation and won't allow dog to stay in car for several hours

I've never seen a pet inside... but I'm not familiar with their policy on this and didn't see anything on their web-site about it. I'd give the front desk a call and I' sure they can help you. (850) 452-3604 or (850) 452-3606

Business casual. shirts with a collar. No shorts, flip-flops, raggedy jeans. Women, dress casual, but nice. Pictures last forever, dress like you want to be remembered.
