Loved this boat tour. You go down the river and then to the Gulf of Mexico. Captain and first mate were wonderful

This was our first trip with Captain Ray on the Miss Daisy, he was doing a Cotee River tour at the Sims Park Seafood Festival for $5 about 30 min round trip up the river to the home Shirley Temple lived in as a child and back. Even for this low price he share great history of the famous homes... More

Took the ride Dec 29,2015. My age is mid-50's and I live in North Carolina. I enjoy history and learning new facts. Took the ride with my 80 year old parents who live in the area and go out on the boat on occasion. Great ride up the river viewing many of the older & prestigious homes. Our knowledgeable guide... Pleasant enough, but was kinda boring.... we made reservations for a sunset cruise and there were about 12/14 of us. They put music on, country, and not one person on the boat liked country and ask them to play something else.... they were not prepared at all, had nothing else... so we played our own music on our phones. They... More

My husband, 6 year old son and I did the sunset cruise on the 4th of July. My Mother-in-law has a bad knee, so we needed something that did not require walking, plus I'm 7 months pregnant. The skipper is very nice and the cruise was informational. The price was very reasonable and surprisingly my son did not get as... More

Took the one hour abridged tour during the Cotee River Seafood and Blues Festival in April. Outstanding experience; the boat guide was knowledgeable and kept the interest of passengers of all ages. We had view of houses of past Hollywood stars and politicians. The PithlachasCOTEE River presents a relaxing view of old Florida. Persons with mobility challenges were carefully assisted... More

The 2 hour tour with Capt. Kelly was very informative and loved the dolphins. We cruised the river first and than went out the Gulf of Mexico to look for dolphins.

We live on the river and watch miss daisy speed down the river at a much higher speed than no wake! I don't understand how they can call themselves a nature tour, when they are endangering the lives of manatees and destoying the seawall everyday!
