First the good: nice even trail, wide, well-maintained. Has mile markers ever 1/2 mile. Now the rest of the story: LOTS of bike riders!!! I mean lots!!! Only saw one other person walking. The scenery is kind of boring since it's just a long strait trail with vegetation on either side. Maybe it's because I'm old school and do not... More

We often use this trail for cycling and running. Really appreciate that water is available at beginning and end of the 8 mile route. One wish is that all cyclists say something like 'on your left' when passing another cyclist or a runner.

This a nice paved trail near the road to Boca Grande. It is a great exercise trail. Not too many other people on the trail. It is worth a visit. There are tables at the trail head and t Publix nearby if you want food.

Many people don't know but, running approx north/south immediately east of the Rotonda development, this used to be the railroad link down to Boca Grande. It used to stop at Coral Creek, but the new(ish) bridge now allows you so cycle/walk/skate all the way south to Placida and onwards over the toll bridge to Boca Grande or north to the... More

I like this park for its many trails to offer up different wildlife. There's a bald eagle landing, oyster creek trail, and gopher tortoises everywhere. It's very well kept, there is signs of graffiti under the bridge on the oyster creek trail and saw signs of homeless people living on the pier benches that made me a little weary.

You can tell this trail is popular with the locals as everyone seems to be riding this trail for some excercise, I think it is about 8-11 miles from start to finish, me and my wife were in cruising mode when we were riding hoping to see some wildlife. There are wide trails good enough for a little traffic, we... More

Great trail that leads to Coral Creek Waterway where you can see beautiful birds. And And sometimes you can see eagles in their nests.

This trail has some great spots to rest and some great backwater sites that could be fished if you so desired. It is a fairly long trail that if you do a there and back is a great workout for everyone. I really like this trail. At the beginning it is close to stores so if you need some drinks... More

Great place to walk or bike. Great blacktop trail that take you through some beautiful old Florida, the way it looked when Columbus landed. May see some beautiful wild life and a great water view over a bridge. Many places to park along the trail, but yet to can park near Public's, on Gasparilla an bike to Boca Grand. The... More
